Small Group Counseling will meet once per week for six weeks.  Students will be addded on a first come, first served basis.  Once the initial group meeting has taken place, the group is considered closed and additional students will not be admitted to group.  However, teachers may add students on a recurring basis every six weeks.  The list below contains groups that are ongoing.

 

Social Skills Group - Lessons to build an understanding of positive school behaviors.

 

Study Skills Group - Small Group seesions to help students with organiation.

 

Character Group - Providing students with the tools they need to become good citizens.

 

Enrichment Group - Small Group sessions that offer addidtional support to struggling students.

 

Lunch Chat Group - Reflecting on mindfulness skills

 

Groups such as Anger Management, Anxiety, Divorce, Grief, Making and Keeping Friends, and Self Esteem may be added as needed.
